I like a painting. Can I reserve it?
Yes, you can reserve the painting for 3 Working days. All you need to email the Model No of the painting at live@colourentice.com
 
 
What is the sequence of events I order a painting?
Once the payment is made and credited into our account, subsequently we inform the artist about your Order who then ships the artwork to ColourEntice Head office and immediately we send to you through a trusted courier service. When the Buyer confirms receipt of the art work and satisfaction, then payment is transferred to the artist.
 
 
How soon can I get the painting?
You can get the painting delivered almost as soon as the payment gets credited into CE bank account. Artist couriers the work in a time period of Four days to our head office. We check if the painting is perfect, then we courier to you (which can take one week). Overall you need to wait 10 to 15 Working days to receive the painting. Please keep visiting Track your Order page to get latest updates on your painting.
 
What if the painting is damaged in transit? Can I return it?

I am an artist. How can I sell my works through CE?
If you are a professional artist you should register with ColourEntice at "Artist's Corner". Our Art Panel will review your application on the basis of your sample art works and bio data and send you an invite or reject accordingly. We will call you and discuss more about your paintings.
