Cancellation by customer:
In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed /approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. ColourEntice.com has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by ColourEntice and accept ColourEntice's decision regarding the cancellation.
Non Delivery Cancellation Policy
ColourEntice delivers 95% of the orders within the promised schedule date but in rare circumstance if your item cannot be delivered, we will ensure you are updated about the delay on a timely basis. So as a customer, when & how will I be updated about the delay? Here are the answers:–
  • Day 0  – You have successfully placed an order with us and ColourEntice will send order confirmation details through an E-mail.
  • Day 8  – In rare scenario on Day 10 if the ordered item is still not dispatched, you will receive a SMS and an E-mail with regard to the order status.
  • Day 14: – If the item ordered is not dispatched, ColourEntice  will send an E-mail where you can decide to wait for few more days or send emailfor cancellation/refund.
    – If you have email  "Continue to wait", we will try our best to obtain the item from our Artist and dispatch it at the earliest.

  • Day 20  – Order will be automatically cancelled on this day and the amount will be refunded if it is a paid order.
Cancellation by ColourEntice:
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in painting or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
Cash payment mode orders will be cancelled for non-receipt of cash within 48 hours from the time of placing the order. Cheque payment mode orders will be cancelled if cheque is not deposited or intimation of the same is not given to us within 48 hours from the time of placing the order.
Refund Processing
For card payments, the refund will be processed back to the same card from where the payment was done. For cash/cheque payments, the refund will be done through a cheque. Cheque will only be made in favour of the "customer name" mentioned against the order.
Return Policy
In order to initiate the process for return of painting purchased, you need to email your compliant within 48 hours of painting delivered.
In case of wrong or damaged painting, click the image of the painting received and mail it to live@colourentice.com within 24 hours of raising the complaint.

On the contact page, you will find a Head office address. Send the delivered panting back to the address within 2 days of raising the complaint (It would be preferable for you to opt for a reputed courier company for easy tracking purpose).

IMPORTANT: On failure of furnishing the courier details within 3 days of registration of compliant, the compliant will be considered invalid and it will be automatically closed.
Will I get Refund: No Refund, But you can choose for other painting with same or higher amount? If you need same painting you need 3 working days to come back to you.
